Youth Development is one of the YMCA's three main areas of focus. Because of this, we strive to make the YMCA a safe place for youth to get healthy, stay active, and learn social responsibility. We provide child care for all different types of situations, whether it be an unexpected snow day or a summer-long camp. We also want kids to learn while having fun. Because of this, we offer a wide variety of youth programs and classes. Come see for yourself what the YMCA is all about!

The YMCA offers a program to help you with your after school needs. We provide transportation to the YMCA from all schools except Whitesville, Southern oaks and West Louisville. Your child will be involved in physical activities, outdoor games, arts and crafts, homework time and much more. Children enjoy a healthy snack during our devotional lesson, while supervised and cared for by our certified staff.

We are proud to say that we focus our program around; Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Caring and Faith.
