Meet our Trainers
One-on-one fitness training with certified professionals. The YMCA's personal training program begins with an extensive consultation and health screening to identify any risks and help set appropriate goals. Once your fitness level is determined, your trainer will develop a fitness plan customized to your particular abilities, goals, and health status. Youth Personal Training
Youth Personal Training for ages 15 & Under.
We know there is a perception that personal training is SUPER expensive and not for everyone. We have tried our best to make Youth Personal Training as affordable as possible!
BOOT CAMP classes are absolutely FREE for members!
FREE MEANS NO EXCUSES!
Our BOOT CAMP incorporates dynamic workouts designed to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a variety of body weight, Strength Training, Functional Training, and core strengthening exercises. Push you past your limits and test your mental toughness, all while having fun and burning calories!
All classes held at our Athenian Branch & last 1 hour
Monday- 9am, 5:30pm
Wednesday- 9:00am, 5:30pm
