The YMCA?s Couch 2 5K training program is a great group walk/run program to encourage and train together to get ready for a 5k!
Open to everyone from ages 10 to 75, all you need are running Shoes, a water bottle, and a passion to get better!

One-on-one fitness training with certified professionals. The YMCA's personal training program begins with an extensive consultation and health screening to identify any risks and help set appropriate goals. Once your fitness level is determined, your trainer will develop a fitness plan customized to your particular abilities, goals, and health status. Our BOOT CAMP incorporates dynamic workouts designed to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a variety of body weight, Strength Training, Functional Training, and core strengthening exercises. Push you past your limits and test your mental toughness, all while having fun and burning calories!
All classes held at our Athenian Branch & last 1 hour
Monday- 9am, 5:30pm

Have you ever wanted to learn to Swing Dance? You don't have to be on a television show dancing with famous people to enjoy the high energy style of Swing Dancing. Now is your chance to learn from one of the areas best dancers, and 2018 Dancing With Our Stars Owensboro Style Champion, Phillip Page.
Classes begin Oct. 26th and continue every Friday from 4:30 - 5:30 PM for 6 weeks.
